Over the weekend Goldie Hawn, founder of The Hawn Foundation, spoke at the 2009 Aspen Health Forum held in Aspen, Colorado. The annual forum is hosted by the Aspen Institute and TIME Magazine. Goldie and fellow Aspen Health Forum speakers, Dr. Deepak Chopra and pediatrician Dr. James Hill, discussed the importance of play to a person’s health and well-being.
